Born on April 1, 1977, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Belfort began his professional fighting career at the young age of 19. He quickly made a name for himself with his remarkable speed and knockout power, earning the nickname “The Phenom.”
Throughout his career, Belfort has competed in multiple weight classes and faced some of the toughest fighters in the world, earning victories and titles along the way. Outside the octagon, Vitor is known for his dedication to his faith and his motivational speaking, inspiring others with his journey and resilience.
